Presenting the Gin Mule. Different from is cousin the Moscow Mule, this tasty libation swaps the vodka for gin. I find when the temperatures start to rise, something about the fresh, piney taste of gin just hits the spot.
All you need to make your mule is some mint leaves, the juice of half a lime, and an ounce and a half of gin. After muddling those in your cocktail shaker, strain and serve over ice. Top with a nice spicy ginger beer (I like Reed's) and a sprig of mint. Ah, delicious.
