Whew! It has been another busy week here at Mogblog. In honor of the upcoming weekend - and in the spirit of keeping things quick and convenient - I present a 2 ingredient cocktail: Pink Champagne.
That's right. This recipe takes just two ingredients. Champagne of your choice (In my opinion, a nice toasty brut is perfect here) and frozen raspberries. Simply place the berries in the bottom of your glass, and pour champagne over them.
What makes this cocktail so great, is that it's so delicious, and so very simple. The frozen raspberries keep the champagne cold without watering it down, and as they thaw, they tint it the most chic shade of pink. Love it.
